Caitlin has been working as a paralegal for four years, with the majority of that time focused in family law. Her legal career began at a bankruptcy law firm in 2021, where she gained valuable foundational experience. While Caitlin appreciated the opportunity to learn that area of law, she sought a more personally fulfilling path and transitioned to a small family law office at the end of 2022. There, she quickly discovered a passion for family law and thrived in the fast-paced environment.

Initially pursuing a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, Caitlin was inspired to shift her educational focus after gaining hands-on experience in family law. She is currently enrolled in Salt Lake Community College’s ABA-approved paralegal certification program and is on track to graduate in May of 2026.

Since joining Medura & Maxwell in August of 2024, Caitlin has continued to grow in her role as a paralegal and is actively working toward becoming a Licensed Paralegal Practitioner.
